  • Through our Website Contact Form: We collect your Name, Email address, and any information you choose to type into the optional message section (such as a phone number or session preferences).

  • Through Direct Email Follow-up: If you book a large group event held at your location, we will ask for your Phone number and Event address via email so we can coordinate travel and logistics.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to respond to inquiries, manage our session waiting list, and ensure smooth communication on the day of your event (such as contacting you if we run into traffic or get lost on the way). We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated marketing campaigns.


3. Cookies and Tracking

Our website is built on the Wix platform. Wix uses essential, functional cookies to ensure our website operates securely and correctly. These cookies do not track your personal browsing habits across the internet.

Our website includes links to our social media profiles (such as Instagram and Facebook). Clicking these links redirects you to those platforms, which operate under their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking tools to track your behavior.


4. Data Storage and Scheduling

Your privacy is very important to us, and we handle your data carefully depending on the stage of your booking:

  • Waiting List: Initial contact info is moved manually to a waiting list stored on a secure, physical USB drive kept offline in Ottawa, Ontario.

  • Session Scheduling: When you officially book a session, your name, contact details, and session time are logged securely into Google Calendar to manage our appointments.

  • Third-Party Platforms: Our site is hosted on Wix.com, and scheduling uses Google Workspace. Both platforms store data on secure servers behind protective firewalls. We never sell, rent, or share your information with outside marketers.


5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We keep your information on our waiting list only for as long as necessary to schedule your session. If you change your mind and wish to be removed from our waiting list or calendar records at any time, please email us and we will permanently delete your data from our files within 48 hours.
