All session prices and fees are subject to change without notice, and all completed services and bookings are strictly non-refundable.

All psychic readings, mediumship sessions, and spiritual services offered through this website or any associated social media platforms, whether delivered virtually or in-person, are provided for entertainment, spiritual, and educational purposes only. By receiving, booking, or attending any session, workshop, message, or event by Marc Jade, you explicitly understand and agree to these terms.

3. No Professional Advice & Client Interpretation

The information and content provided during your session, on this website, or on any social media pages are subject entirely to the client’s own personal interpretation and are to be taken completely at their own risk. The services provided by Marc Jade never replace, and should never be used as a substitute for, professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or counselling advice.
 

4. Limitation of Liability

Marc Jade is in no way responsible or liable for any actions, choices, or decisions the client makes based on the services or content received, including all sessions, workshops, and social media platforms. The recipient assumes 100% full responsibility for their life choices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marc Jade's total financial liability for any claim arising from a session shall be strictly limited to the exact dollar amount paid by the client for that specific session.
 

5. Intellectual Property & Recordings

If you record your session, you explicitly agree not to alter, modify, publish, broadcast, distribute, or sell the recording in any format without the express written permission of Marc Jade.
 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from these services must be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.
